Lindsey Ries is an artist and educator originally from rural Southwest Wisconsin. She pursued her arts education in Chicago and Minneapolis, graduating with her MFA in 2012. Lindsey has proudly been exhibiting with female owned and operated gallery spaces and is very excited for what 2025 will bring. Lindsey's paintings combine representational/realistic methodology with abstraction and bold use of color to create vibrant works that feel fresh while expressing nostalgic thinking.
